Seeing Dentistry From Every Angle

After 24 years in dentistry, I’ve had the opportunity to experience the profession from several perspectives, chairside, in the dental laboratory, and as an educator. This has given me a unique understanding of how communication, workflow, and training come together to create stronger teams and better patient care.

My relationship with dentistry began long before my career. As a lifelong dental patient, I’ve experienced many of the same treatments we recommend to our patients, teaching me firsthand the importance of trust, communication, and comfort. Those experiences became even more meaningful when I walked alongside my dad through his stage four oral cancer diagnosis. It deepened my understanding of the connection between oral health and overall health and reinforced my belief that we care for more than a patient’s mouth. We care for the whole person.

That belief extends to the people behind the dentistry. As an educator and mentor, I take a deep and personal responsibility in helping shape the next generation of dental professionals. Many of my students have gone on to dental school, and as our profession continues to evolve, I believe we have a responsibility to preserve what makes dentistry meaningful. I want to help develop professionals who have a genuine love and respect for the field, who honor the trust our patients place in us, and who carry those values forward as dentistry changes.

I bring that same perspective into every practice I work with. I pay attention to the details that influence how a team communicates, works together, and cares for patients. My goal is to bring practical training and continuing education directly into your practice, tailored to your team and your needs, without adding another layer to an already busy day.
