After 25 years in dentistry, I’ve experienced our profession from the chairside, the dental lab, and the classroom.
As a clinician, I understand the realities of daily practice. As a dental lab technician, I’ve gained insight into dental materials, evolving technology, and the options available to achieve the best results. And as a clinical instructor who trains and certifies new dental assistants, I see the potential of the next generation and the support they need to succeed.
I’ve seen talented professionals lose their passion and new clinicians and front desk professionals enter the field without the preparation and support they deserve.
My dad’s stage four oral cancer diagnosis deepened my understanding of how much oral health matters beyond the dental chair. It reminded me of the people behind every case, conversation, and treatment.
These experiences shaped my belief that many challenges in dental offices come down to three things: education, development, and support.
As a Florida Board of Dentistry approved CE provider, I offer continuing education that goes beyond checking a box. Through training, skill development, and individualized support, I help dental teams build confidence, overcome challenges, and grow.
I believe people deserve to be guided, corrected, and held accountable with kindness and respect.
